Our processing times are typically 2-3 days but can be 4-6 days around product drops. Please note - if you order a preorder item with a ready to ship item, they will ship TOGETHER once the preorder item is ready to ship.

We automatically apply our shipping insurance, SHIP PROTECT, to all orders during the checkout process.

If your package is lost AND you purchased shipping insurance at the time your order is placed - please email hello@rebelbro.shop to file a claim.

By declining package protection, Rebel Bro is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

If your order has defects or you suspect it was damaged during manufacturing, please reach out to us at hello@rebelbro.shop within 7 days of receiving and we will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $100 within the US. For orders under $100 we offer a flat rate of $7.50.

We can ship to any international address that our shipping partners (UPS and USPS) will authorize. 

PLEASE NOTE : Your order will be subject to duties and taxes on top of the purchase price of your clothing. We do not cover these costs and they will be billed directly to you. Payment of these duties is typically required before final delivery. The tax/duty rate is dependent on your location and is subject to fluctuation. 

All prices on our site are listed in US Dollars. If you are purchasing outside of the US, you will be charged the USD equivalent of the total price plus shipping in your local currency, subject to daily exchange rates.
